Longshots Steak House
Located in the same location as The Gunbarrel Saloon, Longshots Steak House offers an experience unlike anything Apex has had before. Longshots Steak House offers casual fine dining in a intimate atmosphere. Chef Evan Robertson created a delectable and innovative menu complimented by cocktails from our mixologist Ashley Janz and tailored service from Kevin Castelone. This is a dining experience you will not want to miss out on. Reservations are recommended for dinner so make sure you call or book. Reservations not needed for lunch service.
