"The Nutcracker" at the Cleland Theatre

MISSION DANCE COMPANY brings their annual enchanting and beautiful production of “THE NUTCRACKER” to the Cleland Community Theatre this December 12th & 13th, 2024. Featuring principal dancers of the OKANAGAN BALLET THEATRE.

All audience members will be swept away in time by the magic of this age old tale in this production featuring the breathtaking dancing of the locally established Okanagan Ballet Theatre and the impressive young dancers of Mission Dance Company as they all fill the stage on their toes… leaving everyone to wonder how they can balance and twirl on just the tip of their special pointe shoes. Child friendly yet entertaining for all generations. A story full of so many characters to enjoy: fun, suspenseful, beautiful, eccentric, kind, ridiculous, mischievous, charming.

A 2-hour event which includes the performance plus MANY EXTRA special offerings:
– REDUCED TICKET PRICE for all CHILDREN 12 & under
– “Gifts for the Season” Silent Auction
– Picture taking with the stars (by donation)
– Poster signing by your favourite characters (by donation)
