Join us on Sunday, August 10th, at Sweetgrass for a powerful culinary experience that pays tribute to the land, culture, and traditions of Indigenous peoples. Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course prix fixe menu for $40 per person, with optional wine pairings for an additional $20.

Frybread with Braised Bison – Tender bison slow-braised and served atop traditional frybread with haskap compote
Pan-Seared Salmon – Served with Three Sisters succotash, wild rice, maple-juniper glaze, and seasonal roasted vegetables
Frybread Donut – Lightly fried and dusted with cinnamon sugar, served with vanilla gelato and topped with Saskatoon compote
