Well known to Okanagan audiences, pianist Ian Parker returns to the OSO, but this time as conductor of a program focused on the music of one of history’s most influential composers. Following our performance of Mendelssohn’s Italian Symphony last year, Maestro Parker will lead the OSO in the Scottish Symphony. Winner of the Arthur Rubinstein Competition, pianist Roman Rabinovich takes us on a journey performing Mendelssohn’s first Piano Concerto.
