Summerland Singers and Players is happy to announce it’s next show!
It’s Christmas 1947 and you’re part of an invited audience at a live radio show version of Miracle on 34th street. This well-known Christmas story begins at Macy’s department store, where a kindly old gentleman named Kris Kringle is hired to play Santa Claus. But Kris is no ordinary Santa — he claims to be the real St. Nicholas! As doubts and disbelief swirl around him, Kris’s gentle spirit touches the lives of a skeptical young girl, Susan, and her pragmatic mother, Doris. When Kris’s claim is challenged in court, it becomes a battle not just for truth, but for the very magic of Christmas itself. Go back in time with us and follow this enchanting journey of faith, hope, and the true meaning of the holiday spirit — a miracle on 34th Street complete with live music and a live foley artist performing the sound effects. A treat for the whole family!
