On Thursday, October 9th as Chef Tristan of Terroir Kitchen partners up with Chef Zac of Kin and Folk Restaurant for a one-night Friendsgiving culinary fusion!
Over 6-courses, guests will experience the best of both styles, presented in an atmosphere of friendship and collaboration.
And here’s a sneak peak at the menu…
Course 1: Cucumbers with maple soy, crispy shallot, and scallion chili crunch
Course 2: Scallop Carpaccio with fermented tomato, charred citrus, coconut tofu emulsion, thai basil
Course 3: Smoked Squash Dauphiné Ravioli with comete cheese, jamine yuzu buerre blanc, roasted pumpkin seeds, herb oil
Course 4: Roasted Cabbage with miso garlic emulsion, grana padano, pannagratto
Course 5: Black Pepper Beef with hong kong braised shortrib, celiriac pure, confit root veg, pickled shimeji, scallions
And for dessert? You’ll just have to attend to find out! Tickets are $80 per person (excluding wine pairing).
