We’re continuing our journey across Türkiye with the next stop in our Regional Dinner Series — the Marmara region.

Marmara is the crossroads of history, culture, and cuisine. It is where Istanbul sits — a melting pot of peoples, flavours, and stories — and home to Executive Chef, Cenk Akkaya.

This evening is all about heritage, stories, and flavors. Each course will transport you to a different part of Marmara, exploring its people, ingredients, and traditions. From meze culture in Istanbul to Ottoman palace cuisine in Edirne, from wartime comfort food in Sakarya to vine-leaf pides in Yalova — you’ll taste the history of a region that shaped the culinary identity of Türkiye.

– A six-course traditional Marmara menu
– Rakı education and tasting with Chef Cenk
– Turkish coffee and house made hardaliye digestif to enjoy alongside dessert
