The Resort’s newest accommodations addition, the West Wing, which opened June 2017 features contemporary decor and is one of the largest mass timber structures in BC. May, 2018 the resort opened it’s 15,000 sq.ft. East Ballroom with heated decks with panoramic views of Penticton bringing the total conference and event space to over 32,000 sq.ft. 

As for dining? The Hooded Merganser Bar & Grill, situated atop Okanagan Lake, serves contemporary cuisine inspired by fresh, local ingredients from our very own Valley View Farm and on-site herb garden. Famous for it’s patio overlooking Okanagan Lake, the Barking Parrot offers entertainment throughout the year including a variety of music artist’s, DJ’s, comedy shows, and much more. Enjoy views of the mountains and water on The Bufflehead Cafe patio or get comfortable by the indoor fireplace with your favourite beverage.
