Ignite the Arts is a ten day celebration of art and culture separated into two parts: Community Week, and Festival Weekend!

Get ready for an art-filled extravaganza! From March 21 to March 30, 2025, Ignite the Arts Festival has a jam-packed schedule. Highlights include the Penticton Art Gallery’s Mini Mural project with Cannery Brewing, the Lake to Lake Art Walk with PDCAC, Artist Talks, the UNBOX Project with SOICS, Creative Kids Art Camps, Children and Youth Song Writing Camp with PAMDA, stunning Art Installations, a whimsical Parade for No Reason, and much more!

Community Week: March 21-27

Key events include the unveiling of the Penticton Art Gallery’s Mini Mural project in partnership with Cannery Brewing, Lake to Lake Art Walk in partnership with PDCAC, Artist Talks, Art Installations, Parade for No Reason, and a THREE DAY, MULTI-VENUE, MUSIC FESTIVAL!

Festival Weekend: March 28-30

The second weekend is when the streets come alive with music! The Weekend of March 29th to 31st will feature our ticketed event day stages. A wide range of live performances, workshops and activities throughout the downtown core, taking advantage of existing indoor spaces featuring two full days of programming spread around town from noon until 10 pm, culminating at a single venue to end off each day.

The festival offers a wide range of community programming including free events, workshops and educational programs. Each location will feature revolving musical acts, with each talent preforming two times over the course of the weekend to guarantee you will have the chance to see all you favourites.
