A few great places to stop by for food in Penticton are Jeffers Fryzz, Ogo’s Ice-Cream, Vanilla Pod and Saint Germain .

Jeffers Fryzz it’s a great little food truck located on Nanaimo Ave W. It has great fries, poutines and fish & chips.

Ogo’s is great because of their food like their fresh salad rolls and homemade soups. Their salads are good too but people mostly go there for their great ice cream, which is just as good as Tickleberry’s but for a more reasonable price.

The Vanilla Pod has great food.  I ordered pasta and it was great. The server greeted my family with a smile they sat us down at a table with an amazing view.  It did not take that long for our food to arrive and it was great.  It was pretty pricy, but it was worth it.  The drinks are good they have a delicious mango juice for kids, which was great. They are also ocean wise certified and won a certificate of excellent in 2016. There is also a wine tastings area near the entrance where you can purchase wine and merchandise, so you don’t forget the great service and the great time you had there.

Saint Germain Café & Gallery is a cute little café on Main Street, beside a lovely antique shop. Saint Germain opened in 2011. This café has great coffee beverages and sometimes they put nice designs on the top of your beverage with the foam. They also have fresh pastries, sandwiches and soups. This café has art work on their walls, for sale, done by amateur Canadian artists. It is very well done and every few weeks or so they change the art they have up and the theme of art. The service is great they are never very busy and the two people who work there are very nice. Another great thing about this little café it is not too pricey and the coffee isn’t so hot you have to wait half an hour to drink it. If you are a local or vacationing I highly suggest trying this lovely café.
