Wet Felting Workshop: Slippers at Penticton Elks Lodge

In this class, students will learn how to wet felt a pair of slippers using a resist. Participants will use 100% Merino Batts and a few other fibres to embellish the slippers. The class will learn how to measure for different sized feet. All participants will leave the class with a great knowledge of felting using a resist and a one-of-a-kind, personally-made pair of slippers. Paper instructions will also be provided for the participants to take home.

Note: Participants should have an understanding of wet felting. This class involves lots of repetitive motion – strong wrists and arms are a must.
