Penticton, BC – Get ready to rock for a cause and Rock the Dakota Foundation! On Sunday, September 15, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the HUB on Martin in Penticton will come alive with the sounds of some of the best live bands in the Okanagan as we come together to support the Dakota Foundation for Bipolar Awareness. This event, organized by Ibev, promises to be a day filled with music, auctions, and community spirit, all for an important cause.
Featuring performances by TG & Jaybird, Room to Dance Duo, Cobra Radio, Get Chico, The Young’uns, Wheelhouse, Big Boss Man, and more, the event is set to deliver an unforgettable experience. Alongside the live music, attendees can participate in both live and silent auctions, with exclusive items up for grabs. Plus, enjoy food and drink specials throughout the day, making it an event you won’t want to miss.
All proceeds from the event will go directly to the Dakota Foundation for Bipolar Awareness, a foundation dedicated to honoring the life of Dakota Millen by raising awareness about bipolar disorder and addressing the broader mental health pandemic. The foundation is committed to funding early detection, streamlining treatment, engaging family support, and reducing stigma within the Okanagan Valley.
