OROLO Collaboration Dinner ft. Slackwater Brewing
Join OROLO Restaurant + Cocktail Bar for our inaugural collaboration dinner as we welcome our Slackwater Brewing neighbours to OROLO for a seasonal dining experience.
Chef Kirk Morrison has curated an inspired culinary experience using thoughtfully grown and locally sourced ingredients that represent the beauty and bounty of the South Okanagan. The OROLO culinary team will be creating a unique five course plated dinner menu; each course thoughtfully paired with a TIME Family of Wines selection from Winemaker Lynzee Schatz + Slackwater Brewing selection from Head Brewer Kyle Richardson.
