This course is a good introduction to give your best with a group of people ready to surpass themselves, to work as a team and accomplish Operation Campbell Mtn.

Before you start the journey, you will learn how to apply a tourniquet and use the specialized equipment needed. As soon as the mission begins, you’ll be guided to lead a group and manage your energy, both physically and mentally.
