This hour-and-a-half-long class for junior performers (ages 7 to 11) is an introduction to theatre, filled with fun and exciting theatre games that encourage children to develop their imagination, creativity, and self-confidence. Participants will learn the beginnings of improvisation, mime, movement, and character development. Scene work will promote collaboration and build confidence in self and others, preparing young actors for a short performance to present to family and friends on the final day of classes.
