Hoodoo Adventures - Ski Touring Initiation for Beginners

Length: 2-hours / 5 – 8km (dependent on the group)
Rate: $25.00 per person (rentals not included)

We will cover both Ski touring and Splitboarding. Need a little help getting started? Get some tips on gear, terrain and technique with this beginner Ski Tour lesson.

If you are interested in getting into splitboarding or ski touring, have questions, or would like some tips we believe this initiation session is the perfect place to start.

You don’t have to be a great skier as long as you can ski a green run you will be able to stroll along and have a great time!

The terrain is very low risk and achievable by anyone with a modest fitness level. The trail makes itself obvious as we wind along through the trees and practice the new skills. We will return to the bottom via easy Apex Resort Ski runs.

If you own equipment, you are good to go for the beginner lessons, no ski touring experience is needed!

The beginner tour allows enough time for a slower experience that will allow participants the right amount of time to enjoy the beauty of the Okanagan mountains.
