Cocktails & Canapes “Dine With Us” series makes a fall appearance to offer discovery & unique celebrations. Focusing on gathering our community, we are excited to invite you to Dine With Us and introduce a playful spin on our local vineyard dinners.

CALLING ALL LOCALS…

Wine experts & wine enthusiasts, foodies, and most importantly the ones just wanting something new! We invite you to join us at 557 Main Street, Penticton as we transform our cozy space into three unique food and wine adventures.

We partner with Sommelier Kevin Curtis, to bring a global wine perspective to pairing local ingredients. Kevin has worked within the BC wine industry for several years, holding the WSET Diploma and now accepted into the prestigious Master of Wine program. In addition, importing wines from interesting and new regions such as Greece, Mexico and established regions like Spain. Kevin is passionate about entertaining and educating our local community on international wines and comparing them to our beautiful BC varietals.

Chef Zac thoughtfully captures seasonal Okanagan ingredients throughout each playful menu to showcase how these ingredients can be used to capture different cuisines. He will incorporate unique methods and flavours from all around the world to compliment each wine theme.
