Join us in an in-depth tasting with our Tasting Room Manager, Daniel Hinchey, as he shares his knowledge about all things wine.

This week we will be discussing the differences between different types of methods to make sparkling by comparing Champagne from France, Cava from Spain and both old and new vintages of the Poplar Grove Sparkling Extra Brut.

At the end of class, Daniel will demonstrating the proper way to saber a bottle of sparkling.
