The Downtown Penticton Business Improvement Association and the City of Penticton are proud to present The Community Pop-Up Project; a visionary initiative to revitalize an underutilized area. Together, we have transformed the vacant lot at 598 Main Street into a vibrant placemaking area named “Street Beats and Eats.”
 
Thursday, June 20: Mini Classic Car Show – ft. live music by Room to Dance
In partnership with the Peach City Beach Cruise, this event will feature a mini car show on White Avenue adjacent to the lot, live rock and country music by Room to Dance, a beverage garden featuring local selections, along with culinary delights by Kin & Folk Restaurant.
 
Thursday, July 11: Vintage Night Market – ft. live music by Shalisa
In collaboration with Ellie Wylde Design Co, attendees can explore a vintage market while enjoying live country music by Shalisa, a beverage garden with local selections, and culinary delights by Kin & Folk Restaurant.
 
Monday, August 5: BC Day Celebration- ft. live music by Get Chico… *Begins at 4pm!*
Teaming up with the Penticton Peach Festival, this date will showcase live rock music by Get Chico, a beverage garden featuring local selections, along with culinary delights by Kin & Folk Restaurant.
 
Thursday, September 5: Jazz Night – ft. live music by Yanti and Co.
In partnership with the Pentastic Hot Jazz Festival, this event will feature live jazz music by Yanti and Co., a beverage garden with local selections, and culinary delights by Kin & Folk Restaurant.
