South Beach Gardens RV Park & Suites

The Lionellos would like to welcome you to South Beach Gardens in the sunny Okanagan Valley. We’re directly across from Skaha Lake next to the channel at the south end of Penticton.

Come join us at our quiet family campground and vacation rental. You will be sure to enjoy your vacation time while relaxing on the beach, soaking up the sun, playing in the sand, floating in the water, fishing, playing mini golf, and spending quality time with your family. 

Booking at South Beach Gardens RV Park & Suites

• Number and depth of slide-outs
• Number of adults in party (aged 18 and older)
• Number of children under the age of 18 in party

• Length of stay
• Number of vehicles
• Vehicle(s) make, model, colour and licence plate
• Number of pets (allowed in sites #95 – 198 and #220 – 281 only)
• Extras (e.g. boats, utility trailers)

Arriving with anything other than the information provided may result in refusal of entry with no refund of deposit

Check-in time is between 12 noon and 10:30 pm. Early arrivals will be turned away.

Preference is given to phone calls during the first few days when the cancellation policy changes on January 18th. We answer voicemail and email requests as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

When booking after January 18th customers can cancel up to 45 days prior to their arrival with just a $30 cancellation fee. You also have the option to purchase cancellation insurance for $30 which allows you to cancel up to 7 days prior to your stay dates. The cancellation fee of $30 still applies in this situation.
