SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE
Awaken your senses on our covered patio. Understand in an interactive learning experience with tastes and smells to heighten your senses as the aromas bring your wine to life.
Wines included in the flight will change weekly. (Year-round)
BLACK GLASS BLIND EXPERIENCE
Challenge yourself with this experience, a fun way to learn about wine with using only your senses. Guess all wine varietals to receive a prize. (Starting May 2023)
COOL CRUSH: A FROZEN WINE EXPERIENCE
As the Okanagan heats up, we want to help keep you cool with the ultimate wine slushy duo made from our delicious Rosé and Riesling wines. Sit back, relax, and sip. (May – October 2023)
THE PERFECT FOOD PAIRING
Enhance any of your Wine Flight Experience by adding some delicious and sharable lite bites created by Cocktails & Canapés catering. (Starting May 12th-Oct 2023)
WINEMAKERS EXPERIENCE
Join us behind the scenes for a limited time opportunity to spend some time with our winemaking team! In July and August, on Thursdays, this hands-on experience will guide you through Red Rooster’s cellars where we’ll discuss barrel aging, fermenting, and blending. (July and August, 2023)
WINE DOWN HOUR
Wine down at the end of your day by immersing yourself with a glass or two of wine. Enjoy a little something to eat, while listening to live music and taken in the gorgeous view. (Offered Friday’s between 5-6pm in July and August, 2023).
