Deposit / Cancellation Policy

During the Peak Season (June 27, 2024-September 14, 2024) a one night deposit (including taxes) is taken at time of reservation.  The remaining balance for the entire stay will be taken 14 days prior to the arrival day at which time the reservation is non-refundable.

During the Non-Peak Season (October 1, 2023 – June 26, 2024 & September 15, 2024 – June 25, 2025) a one night deposit (including taxes) is taken at time of reservation. The remaining balance for the entire stay will be taken 2 days prior to the arrival day at which time the reservation is non-refundable.
