The space
The main floor
The kitchen has been completely modernized and has every amenity to prepare delicious meals. The formal dining room with mcm period furnishings flows into the living room with ample seating to gather. The remainder of the main floor has two queen bedrooms, a den with a sofa bed and the main bathroom with a large rain shower.
The lower floor
Downstairs there is a large TV entertaining area and an additional queen bedroom. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a combination tub/shower. There is a full size laundry and space to store bicycles, golf clubs, etc.
Outside
The backyard is private with a large patio area and plenty of space for fun and games. There is a gas BBQ and fruit and veggie garden in season. An extra long driveway provides ample parking.
