Theo's Pop Up at Cannery Brewing

Two of Penticton’s businesses are coming together in a unique crossover pop up event this weekend.
Ian Dyck, co-owner of Cannery Brewing explained, “We brewed our first batch of Cannery Brewing beer in April 2001. Since that time, longstanding Penticton business, Theo’s Restaurant has carried a selection of our beer in their restaurant. Our beers pair well with the great Greek dishes prepared by the talented team at Theo’s.”
Dyck continued, “This weekend, we will be showcasing a selection of Theo’s dishes in our Tap Room. It’s a fun way to add some diversity to our menu offerings at Cannery Brewing and to showcase one of our long-term local partners.”
Greg Condonopoulos, owner of Theo’s Restaurant commented, “Our fabulous Chef David Stern has created a special menu for this weekend’s pop up at Cannery Brewing. It will contain some of the dishes that Theo’s is known for, and it will showcase some new creations from Chef David. We’ll be featuring a trio of dips (tzatziki, houmous and taramasalata served with warm pita), Greek phyllo pies, vegetarian dolmades, warm marinated olives and seafood salad. If you want to enjoy a taste of everything, you can order a platter of all of the dishes.”
Cannery Brewing’s regular menu is available this weekend in addition to these pop up options from Theo’s.
Theo’s pop up will run at Cannery Brewing this weekend only.
Pair a delicious glass of Cannery Beer with wonderful Greek selections on Friday, January 31st from 12-8:30pm, and Saturday, February 1st and Sunday, February 2nd from 11am-8:30pm.
