Snowshoe Under the Stars at Apex

Join us for a snowshoe tour at sunset followed by an outdoor 3 course meal in the Apex Resort area. The 3 course dinner is prepared by a local chef and will be served around bonfires. Shuttle to and from Penticton is included.

  • Potato, Artichoke and Garlic Soup
  • Chorizo oil and Caper berry
  • Beef Bourguignon Pot Pie
  • Chocolate Fondue w/ fruit skewers
