“Last year alone the South Okanagan Immigrant and Community Services (SOICS) served immigrants from 94 different countries. The OneWorld Festival shines a spotlight on the rich diversity immigrants bring to our region. It is a venue to connect, understand, and appreciate our cultural diversity and grow together. It is a celebration!” comments Cherry Fernandez, Program Manager.
Annually, the OneWorld festival attracts over 2500 attendees. Find out more about the festival, and other ways SOICS is building a welcoming and inclusive community, by visiting the FaceBook event page https://www.facebook.com/events/610103096409408/
