Mindful Self-Compassion is a set of tools that enable people to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care, and understanding. Join Barb Regasz as she takes us through the key components of self-compassion. She will also be teaching us how self-compassion can provide emotional strength and resilience, allowing us to admit our shortcomings, motivate ourselves with kindness, and forgive ourselves when needed.
