Culinary Culmination - Guest Chef Series

The Hooded Merganser and our Executive Chef, Chris Remington are excited to host Chef Weimer Gomez, Executive Chef of Yew in Vancouver, on Monday, July 3 for a collaborative Food and Wine event.

Dinner will include 5 courses…2 created by the guest Chef and 2 by our Chef followed by their collective vision of dessert. All 5 courses will include wine pairings highlighting local wines from the Naramata Bench.

Only a limited number of tickets will be sold to this exclusive event. Dinner will start promptly at 8pm with both Chefs addressing guests prior to dinner and joining the party to answer questions following dinner.
