Craft Distilleries in Penticton

From hand crafted liqueurs to “one of a kind” vodkas, gins and whisky, the craft distilling scene, in and around Penticton is growing with vibrant velocity.

To be recognized as a craft distillery in BC you must not produce more than 50,000 litres of spirits a year, use 100% BC agricultural products to produce the alcohol and fermentation must be completed on site. This ensures that the distillers in BC are creative and innovative in their search for raw materials and flavours.

Glass: Fancy Highball
Shake with ice:
• 2oz Harvest Moon Gin
• 1/2oz Naramaro
• 1oz fresh lime juice
• 1oz Simple Syrup
• 2 slices pickled jalapeno
• Shake, Shake, Shake
• Pour in glass
• Garnish with slice of pickled jalapeno
